Personal Lines Account Manager

• Manage and service a book of personal lines clients with care and attention.
• Review coverage needs, provide recommendations, and prepare quotes.
• Support clients through the claims process and advocate on their behalf.
• Stay informed on insurance products to provide helpful, accurate guidance.
• Build long-term relationships through trust and consistent communication.

• At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A service-oriented mindset and genuine desire to help clients.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Experience using agency management systems.
• Interest in earning industry designations.
