A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Healthcare Practice Group in Rogers, Arkansas. This role is ideal for attorneys with 1–3 years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A, or healthcare regulatory matters who want to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Support healthcare clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters
• Work closely with partners and other associates as part of a transaction team
• Manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining clear communication with partners and support staff
• Conduct legal research and draft documents under supervision
• Learn new substantive legal areas as needed and apply guidance from mentors

• Active Arkansas Bar license or eligible for admission within one year
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A, or healthcare regulatory matters
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and support staff
