Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role based in Rogers, AR. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling primarily family law cases. Responsibilities will include legal research, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The role also requires collaboration with team members to meet client needs and uphold the firm's commitment to excellent legal service.
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in the state of Arkansas.
