• Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing process.

• Monitoring and adjusting machine parameters to ensure machines operate within set parameters to maintain product quality.
• Testing batch quality to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Reporting equipment malfunctions by identifying and reporting any machine faults to supervisors.
• Maintaining production logbooks by keeping detailed records of production processes and issues encountered.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed and addressing safety hazards.
• Improving production processes by identifying areas for enhancement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience.

• 3 to 5 years of experience with operational procedures and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
