- Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing process.
- Monitoring and adjusting machine parameters to ensure machines operate within set parameters to maintain product quality.
- Testing batch quality to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Reporting equipment malfunctions by identifying and reporting any machine faults to supervisors.
- Maintaining production logbooks by keeping detailed records of production processes and issues encountered.
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed and addressing safety hazards.
- Improving production processes by identifying areas for enhancement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with operational procedures and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
