Paint and Finishing Technician

We are currently looking for a Paint and Finishing Technician. Previous experience is not required. We are willing to invest time and resources to train the right individual who is eager and hungry to learn. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and has a desire to develop a specialized skillset in bicycle frame finishing.

In this role, you will report to our Production Team Lead and work closely with key stakeholders across the business, mainly in production and engineering.

Safety, Quality, and Production

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to proper safety and PPE requirements.
• Undergo training and learn to perform production tasks associated with painting and finishing complex bicycle frames, including surface preparation, masking, spraying, and detailing.
• Learn to apply various coatings and finishes according to specifications and quality standards.
• Learn to inspect and ensure the quality of finished products, identifying and addressing any defects.
• Actively participate as a member of a work center to accomplish department goals, with a strong emphasis on prioritizing quality in a production environment.

• Compensation is dependent upon experience (starting pay will reflect entry-level with growth opportunities).
