Shift: (1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM) (2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11:30 PM) (3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11 PM - 7:30

This Inspector job in Rogers is for people who take pride in precision. You'll help your crew turn out products that meet the mark and stand the test of time.

• High school diploma or GE
• Hands‑on experience in a production/manufacturing setting
• Eye for accuracy and care in every step
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 33 lbs.

• Package items using rubber bands and/or packing paper
