Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production, buildings and grounds, and maintaining support equipment.

• Participates in team and quality activities.
• Orders parts when required.
• Completes work orders in atimely manner.
• Performs preventative maintenance functions as required.
• Maintains company-required maintenance records for equipment.
• Must maintain work area and equipment in a clean condition and complies with OSHA Safety and Health regulations.
• Travels as required, to complete work assignments. Must hold a valid driver’s license and meet FM'sInsurability requirements. Required to obtain a valid DOT Medical Certification.
• Must be able to obtain FMForklift certification.
• Maintainsacceptable levels of attendance and punctuality.
• Must be willing toaccept and receive frequent supervision and instructions.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned and adhering to Company’s policies and procedures.

High School diploma/GEDand/or vocational training combined with 3 or more years related industrial maintenance experience required. Skills required are:

• Must be able toread, understand and communicate using the English language.
• Must have strong mechanical background and skill set
• Must be knowledgeable troubleshooting & repair of industrial hydraulic components such as pumps, valves & cylinders.
• Must haveindustrial electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Must have the ability to read and understand industrial equipment electrical and hydraulicblueprints/schematics.
• Welding/fabricationalong with facility maintenance a plus.

Must provide own tools

• Ability to adequately work with appropriate tools and equipment. Regularly use hands tofinger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk and hear.
• Must have Adequatemobility for stooping, bending, lifting, strength and grip requirements necessary to frequently lift products weighing up to 50 lbs and/or manipulateproducts up to 80 lbs. Regularly required to stand, Regularly required toreach with hands and arms.
• Ability to climb in overheadstructures, to work beneath machines, and in close quarters to perform repair work.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must wear Safety glasses with side shields in all production areas and hearing protection mustbe worn in designated areas at all times.
• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment, heat and cold temperatures vary according toseason.

This position is considered a Safety sensitive position due to manufacturing environment, moving machinery and forklifttraffic.
