The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice, will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients.
The Regional Resource RN will float between the designated East Community Mercy Hospital facilities.
Licensure: Current Missouri License.
Experience: Minimum 2 years RN Acute Care experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year.
Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before being assigned to care for patients independently. ACLS and NIH certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Education: BSN.
