Overview:Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Must assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' needs and care.
Qualifications:- Experience: One year of previous experience in clinical nursing preferred. Home health experience preferred

Education:
Nursing Degree from an accredited school - License: current LPN license in the state of Arkansas. Current valid driver's license
- Certifications: Basic Life Support CPR certification through the American Heart Association
Normal caseload - 5-6 patients per day / average 25 patients per case manager.
Main coverage is Benton County. Call schedule: twice a month.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
