Your Role:

As an LVN/LPN at our facility, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians

- Monitoring residents' health status and responding promptly to any changes

- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being

- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

- Maintaining accurate documentation of residents' health records

Qualifications:

- Current LVN/LPN license

- CPR certification

- Compassionate and caring attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required
