RN - Rehab

This is a 13-week contract position.

DAYS shift, with guaranteed 36 hours per week.

The Registered Nurse will provide specialized care to patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and neurological conditions. This role involves delivering tailored rehabilitation and recovery support in a uniquely designed, uplifting environment.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient conditions and document progress using electronic health records (EHR).
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and rehabilitation techniques.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred but not required.
