American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit requiring BLS certification and 2+ years of experience.
Details- Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting caring for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and neurological conditions
- 36-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:7, up to 1:8
- Geriatric and adult patient population
- Day shift schedule, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
- Uses Wellsky EHR
- Active RN license (AR or Compact) required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- AHA certifications required
- Provide nursing care within a specialized inpatient rehab facility featuring advanced therapy spaces, water therapy equipment, and real-life simulation areas
- Report to the Charge Nurse upon first-day arrival
- Black scrubs required
- First day report time is 6:30 PM
- Parking available in the back of the hospital
- Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
