Clubs Bartender

Clubs Bartenders prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages while engaging guests with professionalism and hospitality. They ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Legends’ and AGCO standards, maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and stock levels, and accurately process transactions using point‑of‑sale systems. Bartenders are expected to uphold Legends’ standards of quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction while contributing to a positive and energetic service environment.

• Greet guests and take drink orders at the bar or service station.
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and portion standards.
• Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Operate Clover Sport POS system to process orders and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area including countertops, equipment, and glassware.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies during service and assist with inventory counts.
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service.
• Answer questions about drink menus and make recommendations.
• Handle guest issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in cashless transactions.
• Responsibility and professionalism when serving alcohol.
• Teamwork and adaptability.

• Two or more years of bartending or beverage service experience.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Food handler certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

• Prolonged standing and walking throughout shift, often on concrete or stairs.
• Frequent carrying and lifting of trays, beverages, and food items up to 25–40 pounds.
• Ability to balance and maneuver while serving in crowded or confined spaces.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests in a noisy environment.
