Stand Lead – Legends Global
The Concession Stand Lead supports the daily operation of assigned concession stands by providing direction, coordination, and leadership to frontline team members. This role ensures each location delivers a high-quality, efficient, and guest-focused service experience. The Stand Lead oversees product levels, staff assignments, and operational standards while maintaining compliance with Legends’ food safety, alcohol service, and cashless transaction procedures.

Responsibilities- Supervise and support frontline concession staff during events to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assign and communicate specific duties to team members before, during, and after each event
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and resolve service issues promptly when escalated from staff
- Oversee product levels and food preparation to minimize waste and ensure availability
- Track and record inventory transfers, usage, and counts accurately before and after each event
- Ensure all transactions are processed through approved cashless POS systems following Legends’ payment protocols
- Monitor compliance with Legends’ standards and policies including Smart Serve, food safety, and sanitation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the event
- Model professional behavior and uphold company expectations for appearance, teamwork, and service
- Complete event documentation, reports, or checklists as assigned by management
- Perform other related duties as required to support overall event success
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to delegate and guide others effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in basic math and point-of-sale technology for cashless payment systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory, orders, and reporting
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and maintaining a positive work culture
- Minimum of one year of experience in a concessions, quick service, or similar food service environment preferred
- Smart Serve certification required with a minimum age of 18 to serve alcohol
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures required by Toronto Public Health
- Familiarity with Legends’ Food Safety Policies, alcohol service standards, and cashless transaction systems preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event scheduling
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a hospitality or stadium environment considered an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods up to five hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Frequent walking, reaching, bending, and handling of food and equipment
- Ability to work in a loud, high-energy environment for long durations
- Requires manual dexterity, visual accuracy, and clear verbal communication
