Part-Time Server

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, dedicated Part‑Time Server to join Resort Lifestyle Communities. As a server you’ll create memorable dining experiences for our residents in both casual and fine dining settings, support cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service in a family‑owned, resort‑style environment.

• Carry trays and offer beverages to residents in casual dining.
• Warmly greet guests, guide menu selections, take accurate orders, and serve all courses in fine dining.
• Clear, reset tables, handle dishes carefully, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals.
• Maintain cleanliness by vacuuming, cleaning salad bar, and performing other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room‑service meals and retrieve trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident comments, respond kindly, and share feedback with a manager when necessary.
• Assist with support work and tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

• Minimum age 15 years.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Must be able to obtain required food‑handler permits within two weeks of hire.
