Weekend Warrior Server – Part Time

Location:

Rogers, AR

Wage: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift

Schedule:

Friday & Saturday 11:30 am - 7:30 pm;
Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

• Host with the Most – greet residents, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Peppy Prepper – prepare a table for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware; understand that a successful meal service can only happen if you’re prepared.
• Titan of Tidiness – buss tables, sweep floors; play a crucial role in making the community something we can be proud of.
• Appetite Anthropologist – communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, or when residents are absent from meals.

• Must be at least 16 (18) years of age.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude; love our residents.
• Active in standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
