We are opening an authentic, Northern Italian restaurant in the heart of Downtown Rogers. We value the tradition and authenticity of Northern Italy. Our restaurant revolves around 4 main regions of Northern Italy – Piedmonte, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, and Alto-Adige.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Server located in Rogers, AR. The Captain Server will be responsible for overseeing dining room operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent service. Responsibilities include managing server staff, ensuring timely and accurate food and beverage service, handling customer queries or concerns, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to all health and safety guidelines.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus
  • Food Handling Safety Certificate is required
