We've been cooking from scratch in Rogers for 8 years: seed-oil-free, with sourdough fermented 4–5 days and fired in a real wood oven. Our kitchen is open to the dining room, so guests see everything we do.
What you'll do- Prep
- Line and pizza station work
- Oven support
- Closing and cleaning duties
- Shows up on time, every shift
- Moves efficiently and stays calm when it gets busy
- Keeps a clean, organized station and stays presentable, since our kitchen is in full view of guests
- Is self-motivated and sees what needs doing without being told
- Wants to learn wood-fired cooking and dough. Line or prep experience is a plus, and we'll train the right person.
Pay: $18–$20/hr depending on experience, plus a shift meal.
Schedule:
Nights and weekends are required.
