Summary
:
Manages Customer Service Specialists as well as the store's sales and marketing program by performing the following duties.

• Ensure the store meets its monthly goals
• Manage local store marketing
• Provide necessary training to store sales staff
• Develop positive customer relationships
• Help customers by matching them with the right products
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store
• Maximize the effectiveness of store displays
• Explain product features and benefits
• Calculate discounts and promotions applicable to rental agreements or sales
• Ensure customer files are set up and maintained properly
• Qualify customers for the product
• Assist with managing the store's customer accounts
• Perform regular sales calls
• Maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, promotions, policies, and procedures
• Assist with ordering products, creating purchase orders, and receiving products in to the POS system
• Assist with creating and verifying rental agreements and educating customers on their agreements
• Assist with training and developing the store's delivery and installation specialists
• Assist with managing store inventory
• Assist with refurbishing store merchandise
• Complete any other tasks assigned at the discretion of management

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
