• Ensure a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, and presenting merchandise properly.
• Follow all store best practices and company safety standards.
• Assist customers with merchandise, answer questions, and handle register transactions.
• Perform cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, replenishing supplies).
• Maneuver new merchandise and prepare sales floor, meeting presentation guidelines.
• Guard loss prevention, shortfall awareness, and store protection policies.
• Adhere to cash, check, and credit card procedures, maintaining accuracy.
• Display professionalism, maintain dress code, and represent company brand.
• Maintain awareness of safety and security, reporting unsafe conditions.

• Friendly, respectful, and cooperative communication with customers and associates.
• Basic mathematical calculations common in retail.

• Use all store equipment and spend 100% of time standing, walking, and moving around.
• Regularly bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
• Occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 lbs (stockroom shifts may require 20 lbs).
• Use janitorial equipment and supplies.
