Cut, platter, and merchandise products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry);
Prepare specialty meat merchandise (i.e. sausage, oven ready products, and cured meats);
Check product to make sure it meets WFM quality standards;
Maintain sampling program;
Monitor and assist in preventing spoilage;
Mentor and support assigned Meat Cutter Trainee(s).
