Position Title: Floor Team
Reports to: Store Manager
Position Structure: Part-Time; 10-25 hours per week (not to exceed 28 hours)

Location: Rogers, Arkansas
Compensation: $14 - 16 per hour

ABOUT BOLD LIVES MEN’S THRIFT

Bold Lives Men's Thrift will provide a high-end shopping experience without the high-end price tag, giving men the confidence to look sharp and live boldly.
POSITION PURPOSE
To support the mission of Bold Lives Thrift Boutique by creating an exceptional and welcoming shopping experience, serving as the first point of contact for customers, and processing donations with excellence and care.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Christian Faith & Ministry Responsibilities

Participate in and lead prayer as part of internal meetings and team gatherings, which may include, depending on your role, L10 meetings, monthly store meetings, and other PB414 meetings.

Offer to pray with customers and team members when appropriate, providing encouragement and support consistent with the core of PB414’s Christian mission.

Act as a messenger and teacher of the Christian faith by providing Christ-centered encouragement and guidance to customers and team members, pointing them toward biblical truth and the hope of the Gospel.

Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the PB414's statement of faith, values, and expectations.

Shared Mission Responsibilities

Volunteers are an essential part of the PB414 mission. Every team member is expected to welcome, support, and empower volunteers while providing the leadership and guidance they need to succeed.

Fundraising is essential to the PB414 mission. Every team member is expected to support and participate in fundraising efforts while helping build awareness, relationships, and support for our mission.

Job Specific Responsibilities

Greet every customer warmly and communicate the Bold Lives mission and current store promotions.

Deliver excellent customer service: assist with fitting rooms, locating items, holding merchandise, and sharing about the monthly mission focus.

Maintain a positive and encouraging environment among team members while remaining attentive to customer needs.

Maintain an efficient and accurate checkout experience.

Restock merchandise and maintain visual displays to reflect an elevated, cohesive aesthetic.

Manage fitting room flow and return items promptly to the sales floor.

Keep the front desk and sales floor clean, organized, and inviting.

Address customer concerns with professionalism and involve leadership when needed.

Welcome and direct volunteers to appropriate areas or leadership.

Communicate floor needs with team members and leadership throughout the shift.

Complete all assigned duties before the end of each shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong customer service mindset with a servant-hearted attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational ability

Interest in men’s fashion and merchandising

Dependable transportation

Ability to stand for extended periods

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be 16+ years of age
