Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a part-time Sales Lead who serves as Floor Leader on Duty andBear Builder. You will direct a team, ensure great guest experiences, and help achieve store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors.
When not designated as Floor Leader on Duty, you will perform Bear Builder duties, delivering exceptional service and maintaining brand standards in a dynamic retail environment. Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends is required.
