Professional Business Systems Inc (PBS) is on a mission to grow, and we are actively recruiting a highly organized, detail-oriented sales account manager. As an established provider of technology services in Northwest Arkansas, we are determined to sustain & grow our existing client portfolio with industry leading products & services. This position will work alongside other members of the sales team to ensure client retention & proactive support is being provided.

The primary goal of this person will be to drive revenue, generate sustainable margins, and execute business plans & strategies with existing customers at the time of renewal. This role is full‑time, as the sales dynamic at PBS is fast‑paced and high‑pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Establish professional relationships with those of our existing clients
  • In‑person, phone, email, social, community networking
  • Develop new business opportunities by actively inviting new relationships from networking and outbound prospecting efforts
  • Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
  • CRM – contribute to documentation – this role will be required for documenting all client contact information and/or supporting activity within their CRM profile i.e. contact information, key stakeholders, etc.
Position Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively complex concepts/information with clarity and precision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships internally/externally
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven experience with meeting revenue growth targets
  • Preferred 3‑5 years previous sales/management experience
  • Ability to manage growing portfolio of 150+ customers
  • Ability to multi‑task and deal with multiple projects/deadlines at one time
  • Long‑term focused, self‑motivated, and driven
  • Computer/Technology Versed – M365, CRM Management (Compass/Sherpa), and Share Point
  • Superior Organizational Skills;
    Timely
  • Dress Code – Business Professional/Business Casual
