- Develop 4P Purina portfolio recommendations to drive growth within the assigned business unit
- Provide business overview and analysis to customer teams on progress against market and Joint Business Planning (JBP) objectives
- Assess competitive market activity and provide analytics around risks/opportunities to the Purina portfolio
- Partner with Finance to deliver promotional recommendations on the Purina portfolio to maximize market impact
- Provide data and recommendations around 4P strategy for new distribution (shelf recommendation, promotion strategy, pricing) using market data
- Provide insights and analytics to support JBP development objectives and initiatives
- Attend monthly retail team meetings to provide business updates, opportunities, or promotional/product mix improvements and key quarter priorities
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting and communication for retail initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree +1 year experience working with retail/sales data or within a CPG environment OR High School diploma +4 years experience in category development, sales or marketing analytics
- Previous experience working with larger retailers preferred
- Previous experience with Nielsen/IRI/Power BI, or RSI syndicated data preferred

CompensationThe approximate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $92,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
