Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Machinery Sales Representative based in Rogers, AR. The role involves identifying and nurturing client relationships, promoting and selling machinery solutions, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing sales processes, delivering product presentations, responding to client inquiries, and conducting training sessions for customers. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with internal teams to meet sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills for building lasting client relationships and addressing customer needs effectively
- Proven experience in sales and sales management to achieve targets and grow client accounts
- Skills in training and presenting product knowledge to clients and team members
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in the machinery or industrial sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, sales, or related field is preferred
