Balr is rapidly becoming a leader in private basketball training across the United States. We're expanding our team and looking for professional, experienced private basketball trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages in local parks, courts, or clients’ homes.

Work within your community and neighboring cities! Balr provides the clients and gives you the freedom to set your own schedule. You receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Maintain flexible scheduling of lessons.
• Ensure safe travel to and from clients' locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet their needs.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of students at all times.
• Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress.

• You set your own work schedule.
• Travel only to clients' locations within your preferred area.
• Determine your travel radius for client locations.
• Receive prompt payment within 24 hours after completed lessons.
• Flexibility in choosing the number of clients you work with.
