What Youll Do (And Love)

Deliver Customized Stretch Sessions
Use Stretch Labs proven methods to guide clients through effective, one-on-one assisted stretches, tailored to their individual goals, needs, and lifestyles.

Be a Trusted Movement Coach
Educate clients on mobility, posture, recovery, and performance optimization. Your work goes beyond stretching you're giving people the tools to feel and function at their best.

Build Strong Client Relationships
Foster a welcoming, results-driven environment where clients feel motivated, understood, and empowered to improve their health. Youll be a key reason they keep coming back.

Create a Seamless Studio Experience
Collaborate with our front desk and membership team to ensure clients receive top-tier service from the moment they walk in.

Advance Your Career
Every Flexologist receives paid training and national certification through Stretch Labs proprietary Flexologist Training Program, with continuous learning and growth opportunities along the way.

Who You Are

You love movement and helping people feel their best. You have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the human body. Whether youre early in your career or an experienced pro, youre committed to helping others move better.

Must Have (any one of the following):

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement
• A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, NCSF)
• A professional license: Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, or Athletic Trainer
• A teaching background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance, supported by anatomy education

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in fitness, wellness, or rehab
• Strong working knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
• A team-first mentality and high energy
• A growth-oriented mindset and passion for helping others thrive
