Job Description

The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops, and work area.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in proper locations.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Education And/or Experience Required

• High School diploma / GED (preferred).
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience (preferred).
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn.

Other Requirements

• Pulling/pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ feet.
• Ability to sit and stand (standing 5+ feet).
• Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl 1+ foot.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
