The Agency is seeking a results-driven Commercial Lender on behalf of a leading financial institution. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans while building strong client relationships and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial structuring, ensuring clients receive tailored lending solutions that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending clients, providing customized financing solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with business owners, real estate developers, and key industry stakeholders to drive loan growth.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence to structure competitive loan packages.
  • Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure sound lending practices and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Negotiate loan terms, structure deals, and present financing recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Monitor existing loans, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities for refinancing or restructuring.
  • Stay current on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activity to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of loan structuring, credit analysis, and financial statement evaluation.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships while driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
