Caregiver - In home role at Senior Helpers Lake Minnetonka Region is a position providing one-on-one personal home care to help clients remain safe and independent in their home. Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• Provide one-on-one personal home care to clients to help them remain safe and independent in their home.
• Engage clients with fun and engaging conversations and participate in activities and hobbies they enjoy (e.g., scrap booking, gardening, games).
• Assist clients with daily living activities including walking, dressing, and other personal care as directed.
• Report completed activities and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
• Communicate with clients and their families to ensure quality care and satisfaction.
