Craft & Crew Hospitality is now hiring Prep Cooks/Dishwashers for Part‑time and Full‑time employment. Our menus feature everything from broasted chicken, sandwiches, burgers, healthy bowls & salads, vegan items to decadent desserts. We also offer a full‑service experience for our furry friends on the PAWTIOTM with a menu for dogs.

• At least 1 year of experience in high‑volume food and beverage service.
• Friendly personality and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well with others and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to exceed our standards.
• Safe certification and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

• PM availability preferred.
• Ready to start training ASAP.
• Weekend availability required.

• Prepares food items in accordance with recipe specifications and restaurant standards.
• Uses kitchen equipment to fry, grill, sauté food items.
• Performs knife skills to chop, slice, and cut a variety of food items.
• Assists in other kitchen areas as necessary (prep, cleaning, dish).
• Assists in putting away food delivery items in appropriate storage areas (freezer, refrigerator, dry storage).
• Completes restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leader/manager.
• Safe certification a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
