Join to apply for the Specialty Sales role  a Style Consultant, you will help guests with the floor presentation, product availability, and an inspiring in-store experience.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; support replenishment and merchandising.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Manage backroom organization and locate merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and utilize fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services (back-up cashier, order pickup, Drive-Up) while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Cash handling as needed; ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on role (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
