Position: Inside Account Manager

Join to apply for the Inside Account Manager role at TW Metals LLC.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales activities of assigned accounts, including delivering quotation responses, handling customer discrepancies, and maintaining customer orders to ensure satisfaction.

Develop and sustain effective supplier and customer relationships to maintain a competitive marketplace position.

Collaborate with the Territory Manager to identify prospects and grow new business to meet budget targets.

Plan, organize, and manage workload efficiently to maximize productivity.

Review market analyses to understand customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and discounts.

Assist in developing sales campaigns aligned with customer goals.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of sales experience in the metal industry preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Willingness to learn Metalware, proprietary software.
Strong time management skills and basic math knowledge.
