Laborer​/Operator​/Driver

HK Solutions Group is seeking Laborers/Operators/Drivers to work out of our Rogers, MN location.

Average employee with CDL (Commercial Driver License) will earn $80,000+ their first year!
* including overtime and per diem

Average employee without CDL will earn $70,000+ their first year!
* including overtime and per diem

No experience required. CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred but not required. Year-round work. Overtime available!

• Laborers travel to customer locations to perform manual labor using a variety of powerful industrial equipment including vacuum equipment and pipeline video inspection equipment
• Laborers work in diverse environments including confined spaces, sewers, pits, storage tanks and ducts
• Laborers establish and maintain a safe work site by following standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group
• Laborers assure equipment, appropriate tools, personal protective equipment and materials are available and used in accordance with standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group

• At least 18 years old
• Valid US Driver's License
• Good driving record (must be able to maintain insurability with HK insurance carrier)
• Must be able to pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical
• CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred, but not required

• Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
• Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors
• Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping
