Position Summary:

Responsibilities include financial reporting and maintaining the General Ledger and Fixed Asset systems.

• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist management in review of department General Ledger and Financial Reports within the ERP system.
• Prepare monthly journal entries using Excel to upload into the ERP system.
• Reconcile daily banking activity using reports from online banking to then upload daily journal entries to the ERP system.
• Responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset subledger within the ERP system.
• Provide information and reports to Management in a timely and accurate manner when asked to do so.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are complied with for all expenditures posted to the ERP system.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts using information from the ERP system to upload into the reconciliation software.
