The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park is hiring a caring and nurturing Infant Teacher to support our youngest learners. This role focuses on creating a safe loving and engaging environment while supporting early developmental milestones. If you are passionate about infant care and early childhood education this is a wonderful opportunity.

• Create a warm safe and nurturing environment for infants
• Support physical social emotional and cognitive development
• Follow daily routines including feeding diapering and rest schedules
• Engage infants through age appropriate sensory and learning activities
• Communicate positively with parents and staff
• Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom environment
• Follow TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum

Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including Infant qualification. Minimum ECE or Child Development units required per licensing.

• Experience working with infants preferred
• Positive reliable and attentive to safety and detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
