• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of cocktail trends, wine lists, and event specific offerings. Must be familiar with the acceptable alternative item to offer to a Guest in the event an item ordered is unavailable.
• Attend pre-event briefings to confirm beverage service timelines, bar layouts, and signature cocktail specifications.
• Set up and stock the bar with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all tools, products, and glassware are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver beverage service with confidence, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Monitor bar cleanliness, inventory, and safety throughout the event.
• Collaborate with Captains, Manager, and bar porters to maintain seamless flow of service.
• Have full understanding and ability to operate all applicable Info Genesis POS screens. Handle Company funds through cash transactions on the POS in accordance with all Company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate cash handling and preventing comingling of funds.
• Responsible and accountable for all cash variances +/-$10.00.
• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards per department and Company standards.
• Uphold proper  procedures and all company, state and local alcohol compliance standards.
• Break down and clean up the bar stations thoroughly post‑event, following closing checklists and waste logs.
• Work collaboratively with other banquet staff to ensure successful event execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
