The Tony's Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The Host manages the flow of reservations to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Duties include answering the phone and booking reservations using the Open Table System. A polished appearance, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.

• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Greet all guests promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using Open Table.
• Follow the steps of service as outlined by the department on a consistent basis.
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials if needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean host stand, lobby, and entrance area at all times.
• Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests.
• Monitor dining room flow and seat guests in a balanced manner for server sections.
• Answer the telephone promptly and professionally; assist with guest inquiries and requests.
• Work closely with the management team and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all company, departmental, and health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management.
• Promote and maintain a positive and cooperative team environment.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance in compliance with grooming standards.
