Position Summary

The Sonoma Social Club General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of the social club, responsible for delivering exceptional and lively guest experiences while driving profitability and maintaining brand standards. The General Manager sets the tone for service excellence, cultivates a culture of hospitality and professionalism, and ensures that every detail reflects the bar's commitment to quality.

Essential Functions

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino and promote the resort’s core values.

• Execute all food and beverage operation responsibilities, enforcing policies, procedures, and union contract compliance.

• Lead and manage bar and restaurant operations to maintain consistent service excellence.

• Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment.

• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Collaborate with F&B leadership to ensure menu execution aligns with brand vision and seasonal offerings.

• Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.

• Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments to achieve optimal floor coverage while complying with union agreements and labor regulations.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and book live entertainment.
