WhatYou’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations while building a culture of excellence. You’ll:
- Lead, coach, and inspire service staff to deliver Western Style hospitality.
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.
- Oversee food & beverage service, inventory, and cost controls.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment inside and outside the restaurant.
- Partner with leadership on budgets, marketing, and business initiatives.
- Uphold Cattlemens’ commitment to uncompromising hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Hands‑on restaurant operations experience (service, food, beverage, and sales).
- Strong people leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to balance operational efficiency with guest service excellence.
- A team‑focused, positive leadership style.
- Physical ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑your‑feet environment.

Requirements Qualifications- Two years experience as a restaurant manager in a full service restaurant.
- Ability to train, develop and lead a team.
- Financial management experience.
- Technological skills in the programs listed above, ideal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.
