Spa Massage Therapist

Position Summary

Provide professional and therapeutic massage treatments to guests, promoting relaxation, pain relief and overall wellness. Continuously assess guests' needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and maintain a high standard of service to ensure a positive guest experience as defined by department standards.

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional guest service at all times, including while assisting in locker room and surrounding areas.
• Perform massage and body treatments according to department standards.
• Maintain knowledge of massage products and services and actively engage in promoting and selling them.
• Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms.
• Communicate service steps to guests while executing all services and treatments.
• Ensure information provided regarding treatment type is accurate.
• Complete all necessary training courses as specified by management.
• Complete all necessary opening and closing duties per department processes.
• Restock all spa products in treatment rooms.
• Stock all treatments with required lines to perform services.
