• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, community organizations, and healthcare partners, particularly in rural communities.
• Represent AHEC at career fairs, expos, community events, and partner meetings.
• Identify and support new outreach and collaboration opportunities aligned with AHEC programs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partners seeking information or participation in AHEC initiatives.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of AHEC pipeline programs and events.
• Prepare outreach materials, presentations, and event logistics in alignment with branding guidelines.
• Maintain calendars, participation records, documentation, and follow‑up communications for evaluation and reporting.
• Support marketing and communications efforts, including social media, digital content, event promotion, and photo documentation.

• Associate degree in education, communications, public health, social services, or a related field; or a High School diploma and experience required.

• High levels of communication skills, concentration, ability to process and interpret diverse information while working simultaneously on several marketing/sales projects.
• Must be able to transport self throughout the facility and lift or carry up to 10 pounds.

• Standard office conditions. Must be able to handle stressful situations.
• Moderate travel using personal vehicle required. Limited overnight travel required. Mileage will be reimbursed.
