Carpentry Foreman

Brookshire Construction is seeking an experienced and reliable Carpentry Foreman to join our construction team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO areas. The Carpentry Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.

Hourly rate: $35.00—$40.00/hr. depending on experience

Location: Rolla & Cuba, MO

• Communicate project progress and updates to managers and supervisors.
• Oversee the work of construction crews, including carpenters, plumbers, and other tradespeople.
• Address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire’s high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction.

• 3—5 years of experience running a carpentry crew.
• Safety and production driven.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must have a strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure construction phases are completed on time.
• Extensive experience in construction, particularly in residential buildings.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
