This is an executive level on‑site, full‑time role based in Rolla, MO, for an Executive Vice President of Lending. The Executive Vice President of Lending will provide strategic leadership for the credit union’s lending operations, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending. The responsibilities include overseeing underwriting processes, staff development, evaluating and improving existing loan products, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaboration with other executives to drive lending growth and deliver exceptional borrower experiences while aligning with the credit union’s mission and goals.

• Strong expertise in Underwriting and assessing loan risks
• Proficiency in Finance and financial analysis
• Experience in Consumer Lending and Loans management
• Knowledge in Commercial Lending and developing lending strategies
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external partnerships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in lending or finance preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices
