* Key Responsibilities:
*
* · Create and maintain an environment in which clients, personnel, and stakeholders are treated with dignity and respect.
· Maintain necessary quality management practices to ensure all relevant standards are adhered to.
· Supervise assigned staff by providing performance coaching, evaluations, and overall performance management.
· Support leadership in influencing team member performance and monitor provider schedules.
· Assure front office billing and check-in/check-out deficiencies are corrected through effective workflows.
· Oversee benefit verification for patients and ensure that data management procedures are followed.
· Complete billing audits and coordinate with the billing department to ensure timely completion of charges and payments.
· Maintain professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers, adhering to ethical standards.
· Assist in strategic planning and identify staffing patterns, making recommendations to fill open positions.
· Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations of personnel.
· Identify new sources of funding and enhance current services as assigned by the supervisor.
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential
Qualifications:
*
* · Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Master’s Degree, CPA, Internal Audit Certification or Juris Doctor is preferred.
· At least ten (10) years of experience in the relevant area of study.

* Additional Qualifications:
*
* · Ability to manage a team environment and motivate staff.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple duties while meeting deadlines.
· Advanced computer skills, specifically related to health care management.
· Knowledge of confidentiality laws related to treating primary care, mental illnesses, and substance abuse.
· Attention to detail and an understanding of program policies and regulations.
