• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming while ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and respond to incidents following safety protocols.
• Document resident care, changes in condition, and daily activities accurately.
• Communicate with nursing staff and caregivers to address residents' needs.
• Organize and participate in activities that boost physical and emotional well‑being.
• Uphold residents’ confidentiality and privacy according to HIPAA regulations.

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus; training available.
• A friendly, patient, and positive attitude with excellent listening skills is essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and focus on residents’ comfort and safety.

• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and safely transfer residents.
• Vision requirements include seeing near and far with good depth perception.
