• Flexible & Remote Telemedicine:
  Evidence‑based approach to psychiatric care via telemedicine, including asynchronous case review, video consultation, and e‑prescribing, lowers the barriers to accessing high‑quality and affordable care.
• Supportive and Collaborative Environment:
  Dedicated teams for member and provider support, 1:1 consultations with clinical leadership, and internal communication forums to encourage collaboration among colleagues.
• Measurement‑Based Care:
  Technology measures symptoms, adherence, and side effects weekly through the active treatment phase and automatically triggers treatment reviews if patients are not improving.
• Machine Learning‑Powered Clinical Decision Support:
  Data helps match patients to medications for better outcomes. Real‑time data from patient monitoring powers an effective clinical decision support tool for antidepressant prescribing (Brightside does not prescribe controlled substances).

• State‑of‑the‑art tools and customizable EMR, integrated with artificial intelligence to prompt check‑ins, follow‑ups, and much more with your patients

• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws
• Produce clear medical documentation and communicate at a patient level
• Be technology savvy and excited about how technology can improve medical care
• Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (remote); including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging
• Consistently respond to clinical leadership team and be highly reliable to our members
• Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling as needed in a timely manner
• Complete charting within 48 hours of session
• Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients

• Active and clear APRN license
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner – Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP required)
• At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post‑graduate
