Position:
Lab Assistant Co‑Op, Summer through Spring 2026, full‑time, 35‑40 hours per week.

Location:

Rolla, MO.

Conducts laboratory analyses, experiments, and processes.

• Takes ownership of small development sub‑projects as assigned.
• Designs and conducts experiments, including instrument operation, sample preparation, and performance characterization, under minimal supervision.
• Processes data and provides analysis summary and may present results at group meetings.
• Creates new testing processes and improves upon current processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of safety and housekeeping standards and practiced in daily activities.
• Learn and keep familiar with lab procedures.
• Responsible for communicating with supervisor and team members, also may be assigned to cross‑functional teams.

• Must be a student at Junior or higher class level seeking a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Students enrolled at the University of North Texas are preferred.
• Graduate student in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Must have Chemistry Lab Experience or Wet Chemistry Skills.
• Completed Analytical Chemistry course preferred.
