SBB AG sucht am Standort Romanshorn eine:n Kundenbegleiter:in. Sie betreuen Reisende, führen Fahrschein- und Personalienkontrollen durch sowie Informationsvermittlung zu Verbindungen. Zudem unterstützen Sie bei Störungen, setzen Sicherheitsstandards um und übernehmen die Zugvorbereitung einschließlich Bremsproben und Kontrollen.
Mit einem getakteten Dienstplan arbeiten Sie pünktlich im Schichtbetrieb. Deutschkenntnisse C1 erforderlich;
Französischkenntnisse erwünscht.
